- Condensed milk
- 200 g biscuits
- 200 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 100 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 160 ml whipping cream
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Pop the biscuits into a blender or place them in a plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin. Stir in the ground almonds and icing sugar. Melt the butter and stir into the biscuit mixture. Grease the tin and press in the biscuit mixture. Place in the fridge to set.
Grate the zest of the limes and squeeze out the juice. Use a blender to mix the eggs, condensed milk, Oudendijk, grated lime zest and the lime juice.
Spread the mixture over the biscuit base.
Bake the pie for 40 – 50 minutes.
