Oudendijk burger


- Mature Oudendijk
- 300 g mince
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
- 2 ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Onion rings
- ½ tomato, in slices

Mix the mince with the chopped onion, garlic, pepper and salt and as many breadcrumbs as are needed to make the mince nice and firm.

Fry the hamburgers until cooked.

In the meantime slice the bread in half and toast. Slice the tomato and onions. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of mature Oudendijk onto the bread.

Top with the hamburger, tomato and onion.
