Raclette

Ingredients: 

- Semi-matured Oudendijk
- Toast
- Pickled onions

Method: 

Place the piece of semi-matured Oudendijk on the raclette machine and heat. Each person can then scrape the desired amount of cheese over their toast, sprinkle with freshly milled pepper and the herbs.

Turn the semi-matured Oudendijk over regularly, allowing both sides to be used up at the same rate.

If you don’t have a proper raclette machine at home, then place a slice of cheese with the rind removed in a little pan and place under your heat source e.g. grill.

Within a few minutes the cheese will be warm and melted with a deliciously crispy crust!
