- 12 slices of baguette
- Garlic clove
- 4 fresh ripe figs
- 12 small slices of Oudendijk Light (young or mature)
- Pink peppercorns
Toast the bread under the grill until golden on one side. Rub with the garlic.
On the non-toasted side place ¼ of a fig and a slice of Oudendijk Light. Return to the grill until the cheese starts to melt. Top with pink peppercorns.
Tip: the figs may be replaced with grapes.
